• Establish a citizen-complaint resolution system to ensure prompt and effective response to citizen needs

Goals:

• Provide easy and practical resolutions for resolving citizen complaints
• Provide a tracking system to help identify and correct service problems
• Adopt constructive steps to better serve the citizens of Elk Grove
• Provide alternatives and encourage public decision making
• Appoint an ombudsman who can serve as the focal point for problem resolution
• Maintain a positive public perception of local government
